According to the Quadpay help section, you should be able to check your current and past orders in a customer portal at customer.quadpay.com:
  • go to Order;
  • click View Order;
  • you should see which installments have been paid and which installments are still outstanding.

According to Quadpay Support, you can make an in store purchase at just about any store with the Quadpay app.
To purchase in store:
  • Select the In store tab located above the available balance in the app;
  • Please request enough funds from your available balance to cover the amount of the order + shipping and taxes. Then click continue. They will adjust your order by the amount that you do not spend on your order within our 13-day order adjustment timeline. Your estimated installment amounts and due dates will be displayed. Please read and agree to your installment payment plan and click continue to create a Quadpay virtual card;
  • Once this is done, your Quadpay virtual card will be visible. Simply pay for your purchase using this virtual card. You can either give the card information to the employee or you can tap Pay with Apple Pay" (on iPhone)/"Pay with Google Pay" (on Android) to add the Quadpay virtual card as your payment method and hold the phone at the reader to complete your order.

According to the Quadpay help section, refunds are handled by the merchant where you originally purchased your items. You should contact the merchant where you placed your order directly to initiate any refunds. Quadpay should be automatically notified of your refund once initiated by the merchant.

I want to order from my computer why can I not see the companies?Could someone please assist me with getting a card number so I can place an order. I have placed one order, when I went to purchase a second order it told me that my card had expired and that I needed to request another card.

They finally sent the card but I couldn't read the entire number to place the order.

I also want to know why is it I can't order stuff online from my computer. I can see all the stores on my phone but I want to do it from my desktop.

  • go to customer.quadpay.com/login;
  • log in to your account;
  • click dashboard on the top left;
  • click edit next to your phone number;
  • enter your new mobile number;
  • click on send code;
  • enter the verification code that Quadpay sent to your new phone number as an SMS text message.

In order to get Quadpay virtual card you should:
  • Scroll through a list of stores.
  • After you find the store you want, please shop as you normally would until you reach the payment section where you need to enter a new card/payment method. Then please click on the Pay with Quadpay button to create a Quadpay virtual card with info you can enter here.
  • Request enough funds from your available balance to cover the amount of the order + shipping and taxes. Then click continue.
  • Your estimated installment amounts and due dates will be displayed. Please read and agree to your installment payment plan and click continue to create a Quadpay virtual card.
  • Enter the Quadpay virtual card information (card number, expiration date, and CVC) - which you can find at the bottom of your screen - on the add a new card / payment method section of the payment page before you place your order.

Why am I being charged twice for an order that was already paid for.

I was charged on 11/20 my last payment for my order. Then I charged again on 11/28 for the same order.

My plan was completed on 11/20.

So I shouldn’t have been charged another fee. And on top of that it was more than the usual amount.

According to the Quadpay Support page, you may sometimes notice what looks like multiple charges on a successful order. You have not actually been charged multiple times. There are several reasons as to why this may have happened:
  • A successful order is placed after an unsuccessful order;
  • If you place multiple purchase requests;
  • If the system is unsuccessful in its attempt to collect the first installment, and then succeeds soon after.

All of these are pending charges and is something that will automatically be removed in 2 business days but can rarely take up to 13 days.

According to Quadpay refund policy refunds are processed on your account as soon as the merchant notifies Quadpay of the return or cancellation. Once notified, payments made to date will be refunded back to you within 15 days. Any future scheduled payments will be cancelled. My order with Anniebshop.com is still showing as processing. I have not received a receipt or anything from this seller.

I have reached out through the website and Instagram asking for the status of my order. I still have yet to get a response. Is there anyway I can just cancel my payments to this seller, as I am unsure if I will ever get my order?

Same! I didn’t enter the correct amount and the virtual card was declined but it won’t cancel my order and still acts like it’s going to take my second payment in a few days. It’s been pending for almost 2 weeks. Customer service won’t reply and I can’t find a phone number.
