Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. Someone I didn’t know ordered some stuff and it wasn’t me. I called them and they returned my money to me.

I am being charged for something I never received
- - I'm charged for two Jersey Mike's orders that didn't go through.
- - A staffer sent a 3/12 screenshot to prove the charge.
- - The order was not found.
I am being charged for 2 different tranactions at Jersey Mikes that didnt go through. One of the girls at Kersey Mikes sent a screenshot of all the purchases on 3/12 to prove my male was not on there.
And then the manager said he did not see the order as well. I dont want to pay for something I never received.

So ZIP (qaudpay) has zero loyalty and takes zero accountability on their error! Ive been an extremely loyal since 2019 for example, I spent $8,400 with them in JUST 2023!
So you can imagine if you start from 2019 til now, its honestly enough to buy a car. So they had an error in their system that DID NOT read Zip or Quadpay on your bank statement and also broke a payment into very small increments down to $9 and change for some reason so it looked like I had a bunch of almost $10 amounts that totaled $220. Obviously i thought my account was hacked as I did not recognize the charges because it said a company name of YSR a week later I see all of my spending power that took years of NEVER having 1 late payment was reduced to ZERO!!! I called Zip and asked what was going on, they assured me it was a glitch.
A day later I call again and find out it was because my bank took back the money I said was fraudulent because it was not under Zips name. I explained the situation and asked how we resolve this the answer I was given was to call my bank and have them reverse the investigation!! No thank you, just charge me again I said because I dont want to come off like I lied to my bank that had to do an investigation and obviously found in my favor. This is for $220 remind you, I spent almost 9 thousand with them in 2023 alone!
They then a week later blast a public email to ALL Zip customers about the error that was made on Zips behalf!! I call again & still left with no more Zip account because I wouldnt call my bank back and say I made a mistake, which is absolutely not true!!! So where is the loyalty and accountability ZIP??? I have recipes to verify everything I say do you?
I also think its extremely shady how they wiped all of my 2019, 20, 21 & 22 purchases off my account to make it appear to seem as if I just started using them in 2023!!
Thankfully I have screenshots of everything I say!!! Bad tactics ZIP!!!

I went to the grocery store today a little after three and when I went to my account to transfer money. I saw there were two payments drafted from my account one at 6:24amfor $13.50 and the other one at 6:35am for $45.50. I wasnt even awake that time of morning so I would like a address where it was sent and for it to be stopped and my money refunded back to my account.
